When you place an order we collect your name, contact details (phone, email), delivery address, and order details. Payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Paystack — we do not see or store your full card details.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, communicate with you about your order, handle refunds or queries, and keep records as required by law. We may send you service messages relating to your order.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to fulfil your order — for example with our payment processor (Paystack) and our delivery operations. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Your rights
