Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Stacked website (get-stacked.co.za) and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Stacked is operated by GPC Property Investments (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2018/317839/07), trading as “Stacked”, based in Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape, South Africa. Contact us through our enquiry form.

2. Our products

We supply firewood (split and whole-log), wood mulch, and related products, sourced primarily from invasive alien species as part of a sustainable harvesting approach. Firewood is a natural product: species mix, size, moisture content and appearance will vary, and the species combinations shown on our menu (e.g. Taaibos, Black Wattle, Blackwood, Rooikrans) are indicative.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown on our menu in South African Rand and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Tiered pricing depends on quantity ordered. All weights, volumes and bag-equivalents are approximate. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

4. Orders and payment

You place and pay for orders online via our order page. Payments are processed securely by Paystack; we do not store your card details. An order is confirmed once payment is received and we send you confirmation.

5. Delivery

We deliver to Plettenberg Bay and surrounds. Delivery is charged at R5.00 per kilometre, subject to a minimum delivery fee of R250.00, unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the delivery point; if we cannot safely access or reach the address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Your right to cancel and to refunds is set out in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Quality and use

Firewood is sold for burning and related domestic/garden use. You are responsible for safe storage, handling and use of the product, including safe fire practices. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from improper storage or use.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or other applicable South African law.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
